We are local! The garage door repair division of Entry Systems started as Laguna Niguel Garage Door Service in 1988. It was founded by the Massey family in their Laguna Niguel home. We continue to call Laguna Niguel our home and be active community members. For example, Entry Systems was a proud sponsor of the Laguna Niguel Christmas Parade in 2021. One of our wrapped vehicles pulled an Airstream trailer covered in Christmas decorations. Our family, including all the kids, wore Santa Hats and waved to everyone. We also held an opportunity drawing to win a new smart garage door opener. Around 20 Entry Systems employees and their families were at the parade.

Our family members and our garage door repair technicians love working and living in Laguna Niguel, it is close to the ocean and had easy freeway access! The city of Laguna Niguel borders Dana Point, Laguna Hills, and San Juan Capistrano.

The city is full of beautiful parks, such as Laguna Niguel Regional Park off La Paz Road. There you can walk around the lake on a dirt path, rent a spot to throw an event, play on a playground, fish in the lake, and grab a quick bite at the Laguna Niguel Whole Foods Market. Laguna Niguel has a variety of housing options, including custom homes and tract homes. So, we never quite know what garage door or automated gate equipment to expect until we arrive on location. Laguna Niguel is a relatively new city, incorporated in 1989. The homes are typically 30 years old or less. However, original garage door openers often need to be replaced, and garage door repair is common. But there are older areas in the city! For example, some neighborhoods near the golf course are from the 1960s.

We recommend visiting historic caves such as the Dripping Cave, which outlaws led by Juan Flores used as their base of operations. If you are new to Laguna Niguel, we also recommend visiting the Laguna Niguel Library for books and media, the YMCA for fantastic group fitness classes, and the new Niguel Botanical Preserve near Laguna Niguel City Hall.
