Our family members and our garage door repair technicians love working and living in Laguna Niguel, it is close to the ocean and had easy freeway access! The city is full of beautiful parks, such as Laguna Niguel Regional Park off La Paz Road. Laguna Niguel has a variety of housing options, including custom homes and tract homes. So, we never quite know what garage door or automated gate equipment to expect until we arrive on location. Laguna Niguel is a relatively new city, incorporated in 1989. The homes are typically 30 years old or less. However, original garage door openers often need to be replaced, and garage door repair is common. But there are older areas in the city! For example, some neighborhoods near the golf course are from the 1960s.

The park is rich in history due to its original inhabitants, the Acjachemen and Tongva Native Americans. We recommend visiting historic caves such as the Dripping Cave, which outlaws led by Juan Flores used as their base of operations. If you are new to Laguna Niguel, we also recommend visiting the Laguna Niguel Library for books and media, the YMCA for fantastic group fitness classes, and the new Niguel Botanical Preserve near Laguna Niguel City Hall.
